My Books

If it weren't for Amadeo I'd still be sputtering in fury, so I figured the least I could do is drop my book list... This is just a stop through. I'm out of here after this....

1. Total number of books owned:
I can't count. I have large boxes of books stacked up in my old bedroom/the foyer at my mother's house. I'm talking jumbo boxes. I have jumbo boxes in storage. I have a few smaller boxes at the few people I trust houses. I have one or two random-but-I-know-you-gottems at a few family member's houses and a bookcase in my own house.

2. Last book I bought:
Generally I don't buy books, I tend to inherit them so it took a while to come up with this
The Wolves of the Calla: The Dark Tower IV - Stephen King

3. Last book I read:
The Metamorphosis - Franz Kafka

4. Current book I'm reading:
Metamorphoses - Ovid

5. Fiction or Non-Fiction:
Doesn't matter, if it has words, I'll read it.

6. First book I read:
Noddy Gets Into Trouble - Enid Blyton

7. Most read book:
It's a tie:
The Dark Tower: The Gunslinger - Stephen King
Dune - Frank Herbert

8. Largest impact:
The Bluest Eye - Toni Morrison

9. Favorite Scholarly Book:
I don't know if they are considered scholarly in most circles but I sure learned a lot from the following author;
Discourses, The Art of War, and The Prince - Niccolo Machiavelli

10. Sexiest book:
The Diaries of The Family Dracul - Jeanne Kalogridis

11. Biggest disappointment:
Flyy Girl - Omar Tyree (and just about any other book in this misbegotten genre)

12. Five books that mean something to me aka Five book that I will beat your ass behind aka Five books that have ended friendships:
1. Ada - Vladimir Nabokov
2. The Complete Fairytales - Jason Ludwig Carl & Wilhelm Carl Grimm
3. Tie:
The Wicked Day - Mary Stuart
Le Morte d'Arthur - Sir Thomas Malory
4. The Dictionary - Mirriam-Webster or Roget
5. Are You There God? It's Me, Margaret - Judy Blume

With that done, I'm back to saying FUCK THE WORLD DON'T ASK ME FOR SHIT. Later y'all....
