On The Set

Well actually off the set at this point.
It was a long, tiring day.
Yours truly, resident casting associate, assisted with craft services.
I did learn something new while doing so: there's no pizza in china town.
Nope.
Not at all.
I know because I looked for it.
And if you don't believe me, ask Gina, she looked for it too...

The shoot went as well as can be expected.
The actors were all very cooperative.
The shots looked amazing on the monitor, I hope they look as good post-edit.
The low points in my day were: not being able to rehearse for Thursday night, working 9 hours after getting no sleep because I was up writing since last night and not being able to write again for the rest of the day...
The high point in my day was sitting next to Dao Yi for a while. I think I mentioned he was hot before, but if I didn't: OMG!! Dao is HOT!!! I wanna have his illegitimate imaginary lovechild... or something like that. Shhhhhhh! Ahahahahaha!

I'm too tired to write much more.
I want to thank all the respondents who have written in for the link to read Calls From The Brink: how they really sound. I look forward to reading your critiques as soon as I have time. Between the shoot, rehearsal, the show and hopefully getting some rest, I can't say when that will be but I promise to write you all back. Scout's honor.

Ok, that's about it.
Shower.
Food.
Nap.
In that order.

- & I'm gone, snoozing for a tad

P.S. Dao - I looked it up, the English guy on the Jeffersons was, in fact, Mr. Harry Bentley. My boy Johnnie G. was right. Also, sneakers tossed over powerlines have all turned up many urban legends such as: signifying a boy losing his virginity, or being able to purchase drugs in a certain area, or what happens when you run into the neighborhood bully. Pick one. I happen to think it's the result of some rockhead little kids, with too much time on their hands, fucking around.
P.S. Hey you, I know you're working hard... Hope your kicks are doing as well as mine. Cute - but we're still hella corny.
